1. How much does a move cost?

It depends on the size of your home and the distance. As a guide, studios start from AED 650 and 1-bedroom homes from AED 850. You get a fixed quote before moving day — no hidden fees.

2. Do you help with building NOC permits?

Yes. We help with NOC paperwork and elevator bookings for high-rise buildings in Dubai and across the UAE, so your move day runs smoothly.

3. What packing materials do you use?

We use 5-layer packing, export-grade boxes, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes and crating for fragile items. Your furniture and valuables are protected at every step.

4. Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes. Our carpenters dismantle beds, wardrobes and other furniture, move them safely and reassemble them in your new home — including IKEA and Italian furniture.

5. Which areas do you cover?

All seven Emirates, plus Dubai communities including Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, JBR, Arjan and Dubai Silicon Oasis.

6. How long does a move take?

Most apartment moves take half a day to a full day, and villas usually take a full day. We confirm timing in your quote and work to a schedule that suits you, 7 days a week.

7. Are my belongings insured?

We are licensed and insured, and our trained crew handles your items with care. Ask us about cover options when you request your quote.

8. Do you offer storage?

Yes. We offer secure short-term and long-term storage, including climate-controlled options, priced by volume and duration.

9. How does a heavy machinery move work?

We start with a free site survey, then plan rigging, forklifts or cranes, hydraulic jacks and machine skates for your equipment. Heavy machinery moves are quoted individually — contact us for a custom quote.

10. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead, but we often handle next-day and same-day moves too. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability right away.
